Free WiFi is a Must-Have on Traveler’s list

Jaguar Hospitality knows that for every Hospitality company it’s important to please the guests while maintaining the profits. Our services are created to maintain the hotel and help it advance with new request from the guests.

According to The New York Times, hotel offering free WiFi is starting to become a necessity, rather than an added perk. In addition the company Loews Hotel & Reports exposed that charging for WiFi was one of the biggest complaints of guests during last year.

“The public’s expectation switched from ‘It’s nice when you have Wi-Fi’ to ‘You must have Wi-Fi,’ that evolution is a problem for hotels,” said Max Rayner, a partner at the travel consulting company Hudson Crossing.

Previously some hotel charge fee for WiFi in order to increase the profit margins, but at the moment, free WiFi is expected by guests in every hotel, because travelers are used to have it in restaurants, airports and more. Actually, during 2014 Marriott chains were hit with a $600,000 fine for trying to block personal WiFi hotspots of guest to encourage the use of their own.
